All items sold through our online team stores are custom-made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges unless there is a defect or error in the product you receive.

If you receive a defective item or the wrong order, you must contact us within 3 business days of delivery at info@41designandmarketing.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Approved refunds or replacements will be processed at our discretion.

Please Note:

• We are not responsible for incorrect sizes ordered. Size charts are provided — please review them carefully before placing your order.

• Orders cannot be changed or canceled once the store closes.
