Team Store Terms & Conditions

By placing an order through this online team store, you agree to the following terms:

1. Store Availability
This store will remain open for a limited time. Once it closes, no additional or late orders will be accepted.

2. Custom-Made Products
All items are made-to-order and customized. As such, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges will be accepted unless an item is defective or there was an error on our part.

3. Production Timeline
Orders will be processed and fulfilled within 10–15 business days from the date the store closes. Delays caused by supply chain disruptions or other unforeseen circumstances do not qualify for cancellations or refunds.

4. Product Availability & Substitutions
If a product becomes unavailable or minimum order quantities are not met, we reserve the right to substitute with a similar item of equal or greater value, or issue a refund at our discretion.

5. Delivery & Shipping
Unless otherwise specified, all orders will be delivered in bulk to the designated team representative. If individual shipping is available, it will be offered during checkout. We are not responsible for delays or loss once the order is shipped.

6. Sizing
Size charts are provided when applicable. Please review them carefully before placing an order. We are not responsible for fit issues.

7. Payment Terms
Payment is due in full at checkout. No order will be processed without full payment.
